Redeeming on CrashDuel is tied to Sweeps Coins (SC). If you’re new, the easiest way to think about it is this: SC is the balance connected to redemption, while Gold Coins (GC) are used for entertainment play on our social casino and cannot be redeemed.
When you submit a redemption request, it goes through a normal review process. We keep the steps simple, but approval and timing can still depend on account eligibility, verification, and platform rules.
Important: This guide explains how redemption works on CrashDuel. Redemption is subject to eligibility checks, verification, and platform rules, and it is not guaranteed.

What “Redeem” Means on CrashDuel
On CrashDuel, “redeem” means submitting a request using eligible Sweeps Coins (SC) through the platform. Once submitted, your request enters our review flow, and when it’s approved, the payout is processed to your selected method.
Redemption is handled inside your CrashDuel account, and it’s based on eligibility requirements and verification checks that help keep the platform secure and fair for everyone.
Which Coins Can Be Redeemed

Only Sweeps Coins (SC) are connected to redemption on CrashDuel.
If you’re checking your balances and wondering which one matters for redemptions, SC is the one to focus on. Other balances may appear on the platform for gameplay or promotions, but they are not redeemable.
At the moment, the minimum redemption amount is 100 SC.
What Gold Coins Are Used For
Gold Coins (GC) are used to play games on CrashDuel.
GC is part of the entertainment side of our social casino. You can use Gold Coins to explore games, try different formats, and play casually. Gold Coins are not connected to redemption and cannot be redeemed.
We also use Fly Coins (FC) for a specific purpose on CrashDuel. FC is not redeemable, and it can only be used for the Crash Cash Race. Fly Coins may be granted through random selection to eligible players or included inside certain bundles alongside GC and SC.
How the Redemption Process Works
To redeem on CrashDuel, you’ll submit your request through your account using the Redeem section.
Here’s the normal flow:
- Log into your CrashDuel account.
- Click Store at the top of the site.
- If you’re on mobile, tap the “+” button in the middle of the page instead.
- Select Redeem.
- Follow the instructions shown on-screen.
- Confirm the details and submit your redemption request.
- Once submitted, your request moves into review.
Verification and Review
Before we can process a redemption, we may need to confirm a few things behind the scenes.
To redeem Sweeps Coins on CrashDuel, two things must be true: your request must be 100 SC or more, and your KYC verification must be completed. If you haven’t completed KYC yet, the system will automatically request it when needed.
In some cases, Sweeps Coins may also be tied to bonus conditions. Whether SC requires playthrough before redemption depends on the specific bonus that was used.
Timing and Processing

Redemption timing can vary, but here’s what you can generally expect.
After you submit a redemption request, it typically takes 2–5 working days on our side to process and verify. After that, it may take an additional 1–2 working days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
For instant-style payouts, once we complete our processing and send the prize, the funds are typically deposited within hours, depending on the method and bank handling.
We don’t promise an exact timeframe for every redemption, but if your request is still processing, it doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. In most cases, it simply means it’s moving through review and payment processing.
