Your exclusion period officially begins only after we've completed the process and notified you. Should you discover you still have access to CrashDuel after receiving our confirmation, please alert our team right away.
While under self-exclusion:
Your account will be temporarily disabled. Your full access will automatically restore when the chosen period ends

You may choose to close your account permanently. If you wish to do so, make a written email request to Customer Support. To reactivate your account, you must send an email to support@crashduel.com and wait through a mandatory 3-month waiting period from the date we receive your request.
